How to use

Assemble the bowl and chosen attachment according to the appliance’s assembly points, ensuring the lid is securely locked before switching on. Add ingredients in recommended quantities to avoid overloading the bowl and select the appropriate speed or program for the task — lower speeds for mixing and higher speeds for chopping or processing. For dough, use short intervals and monitor consistency; for purees and sauces, run the processor until the desired smoothness is reached. Always switch the unit off and unplug before removing the lid or attachments and clean components according to manufacturer guidance.

Recommendations

Use the 3 L capacity to process larger batches in a single cycle, but avoid filling above the maximum indicated level. For heavy doughs, allow short rest intervals during prolonged kneading to prevent motor overheating. Clean removable parts after each use and dry thoroughly before storage to maintain performance and hygiene.
