Recommendations

Use genuine or manufacturer-specified replacement rollers and replace them according to the device's maintenance schedule or when wear is visible. Avoid using heavily creased, wet, or adhesive-backed media that can accelerate roller wear. If paper handling issues persist after replacement, inspect related trays, sensors, and feed guides for contamination or damage.
