Saco-cama tipo múmia DEUTER Astro 300 EL +2 °C/36 °F — altura máxima do utilizador 200 cm, largura 790 mm, profundidade 520 mm, Ripstop azul

The Deuter Astro 300 EL is an extra-long mummy sleeping bag designed for taller users (over 185 cm). Its H-shaped baffle construction with upright walls gives the down enough space to loft fully, improving insulation for comfortable sleep in cooler conditions. The bag is made from ripstop fabric in blue and is produced under bluesign® and Green Button standards; the down used conforms to the Responsible Down Standard (RDS).

Advantages

The H-shaped baffles maintain loft and prevent cold spots while supporting efficient thermal performance. The extra length accommodates users up to 200 cm for improved comfort. Lightweight down fill delivers a favourable warmth-to-weight ratio, and ripstop outer fabric increases durability. Environmentally conscious certifications indicate lower social and environmental impact and responsible sourcing of down.

Suitable for

When it may not be suitable

This sleeping bag is designed for cool, three-season use and has a comfort range around +2 °C (+36 °F); it is not intended for cold winter conditions well below freezing. The mummy shape and extra-long cut prioritize thermal efficiency over freedom of movement, so people who prefer roomy, rectangular bags may find it restrictive.

How to use

Use the sleeping bag for overnight stays while camping, trekking, or bivouacking in cool conditions. Zip the bag closed with the insulation arranged evenly in the H-shaped baffles to avoid cold spots. For packing, compress the bag into its storage sack or a larger dry bag to protect the down from moisture; allow the bag to loft fully after unpacking and air it after wet or damp use before long-term storage.

What to consider before purchase

Recommendations

For best thermal performance, keep the inner lining dry, avoid compressing the bag for long-term storage, and choose a sleeping pad with suitable R-value to complement the bag’s insulation on cold ground.
