Safetex Cabo de segurança segundo EN 12385-4 com olhal em ambas as extremidades DGUV até 9,00 kg | Ø do cabo 3 (AS-03-KK-01.00)

Safety wire rope engineered to EN 12385-4 with a thimble at both ends, certified to DGUV standards and rated for a maximum working load of 9.00 kg. This steel rope delivers dependable securing and suspension for industrial equipment, tools, and components where controlled load retention is critical.

Advantages

Double thimble terminations protect the rope eyes from abrasion and deformation, extending service life under repeated loading. The EN 12385-4 construction ensures consistent mechanical properties, while DGUV certification confirms compliance with German occupational safety requirements. The steel core resists stretching and maintains its shape under load, providing stable attachment points for safety-critical applications.

Suitable for

• Securing light machinery, fixtures, and equipment in workshops and production lines
• Suspending signage, lighting, or small assemblies where load limits are strictly controlled
• Fall protection for tools and portable devices up to 9.00 kg
• Industrial environments requiring DGUV-compliant safety components
• Replacement or retrofit applications where EN 12385-4 wire ropes are specified

Key specifications

• Standard: EN 12385-4

Recommendations

Verify the working load limit against the actual weight of the secured object, including dynamic forces. Inspect thimbles and rope for wear before each use, and replace immediately if any deformation, corrosion, or broken wires are detected. Store in a dry environment to maintain corrosion resistance.
