Salewa Women's MTN Trainer 2 Mid GTX Botas de caminhada - Dark Denim/Black - UK 6 (EU 39)

Technical alpine terrain demands a boot that fits like a climbing shoe but protects like a hiker. The Salewa Women's MTN Trainer 2 Mid GTX delivers exactly that, thanks to its precise climbing lacing and 3F System. Together they create a secure, glove-like fit that most hiking boots can't match, giving you confidence on exposed ridges and steep approaches. The Dark Denim/Black colourway pairs a durable suede upper with a waterproof Gore-Tex Extended Comfort lining, ensuring dry feet through stream crossings and sudden downpours.

Highlights

• Waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex Extended Comfort lining
• Salewa 3F System for a flexible, supportive fit
• Climbing lacing extends to the toe for precision adjustment
• Vibram WTC outsole with excellent traction on varied terrain
• MFF+ interchangeable footbed for customised comfort
• Protective rubber rand and suede upper for durability

In daily use

On the trail, the MTN Trainer 2 Mid GTX feels stable yet nimble. The semi-rigid nylon shank provides support under heavy loads, while the 11 mm drop encourages a natural stride. The Flex Collar allows the ankle to move freely on technical sections, reducing fatigue. The lacing system lets you fine-tune tension from toe to ankle, preventing heel slip on descents. After a long day, the MFF+ footbed can be swapped for a custom orthotic if needed, making this boot adaptable to your unique foot shape.
