Sauteuse pan de Buyer 6241.24 Copper Stainless Steel 24 cm is a straight sauté-pan with two handles and a lid designed for fast browning, reheating and simmering. The design includes two riveted cast stainless-steel handles and a special induction base; it is compatible with all cooktops including induction.

After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly before cleaning to preserve materials. Wash the stainless-steel interior by hand with warm water and mild detergent.

Recommendations

To maintain the copper exterior, apply a polishing paste as needed to remove tarnish and restore shine; avoid aggressive abrasives on the stainless-steel interior and do not clean in a dishwasher to preserve the pan’s properties.
