It detects seated and walking persons in a circular pattern depending on mounting height, supports up to two-channel constant-light control, HVAC functions and integrated room temperature control, and connects to KNX for building automation. The compact white housing (91 × 91 × 45 mm) is suitable for installation in suspended ceilings or surface mounting; recommended cut-out is Ø 68 mm and compatible installation housings are suggested for reliable fit.

How to use

Install the sensor in a ceiling at the recommended mounting height of 2–4 m using the Ø 68 mm cut-out or appropriate surface-mount accessory. Connect the KNX bus via the bus connection terminal and supply the device with the specified 24 V DC. Program detection channels, IR channels and logic functions via the KNX interface or with the compatible IR transmitter (6010-25 / -500) to activate the programming button. Configure brightness thresholds, dimming outputs and HVAC control in the building automation system or according to the online catalogue software instructions.

For reliable detection and correct function allow the visible height of 23 mm and the specified mounting depth; use the recommended installation housings for concrete or special ceiling types and avoid installation in British Standard or VDE flush-mounted boxes.
