How to use

Mount the hole saw on a compatible drill arbor (Bosch Power Change Plus keyless arbor recommended for best fit) and secure it according to the arbor manufacturer’s instructions. Mark the center of the desired opening, start drilling at low speed to establish the pilot position, then increase speed and apply steady pressure while keeping the drill perpendicular to the work surface. Allow the carbide teeth to cut without forcing; reduce speed when cutting hard or abrasive materials and clear debris periodically to prevent clogging.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, dust mask and gloves). For optimal lifetime, avoid excessive side pressure and let the tool cool between long cuts. Replace worn or damaged teeth/cutters and use the recommended arbor type for secure mounting.
