Serra de recortar a bateria Fein F-IRON JIG 26 AS

The Fein F-IRON JIG 26 AS Cordless Jigsaw is a compact, battery-powered cutting tool designed for controlled and precise sawing in wood, metal and composite materials. It combines a high-performance motor with a lightweight construction to support extended use without excessive fatigue. Variable speed control and an ergonomic grip help maintain accuracy on curved cuts, bevels and plunge cuts, while the quick blade change mechanism reduces downtime when swapping blades for different materials.

Advantages

The cordless design removes the limitation of a power cable while offering comparable cutting power for demanding tasks. Variable speed adjustment allows matching blade speed to material and cut type for smoother edges and reduced tear-out. The tool’s ergonomic shape and balanced weight distribution improve handling and control during detailed work. A tool-free blade change system speeds up workflow when alternating between blades for wood, metal or plastic. The compact base plate and bevel capability enable effective cutting at angles and in confined spaces.

Suitable for

• Curved and straight cuts in soft and hardwood
• Plunge cuts and trimmed openings in cabinetry and furniture work
• Cutting sheet metal, plastic panels and composite boards with appropriate blades
• On-site renovation and repair tasks where portability is needed
• Precision hobby and DIY projects requiring variable speed control

Key specifications

• Power source: cordless, battery-powered operation
• Motor: high-performance motor for efficient cutting
• Speed control: variable speed for precise feed rates
• Blade system: quick, tool-free blade change mechanism
• Ergonomics: compact, lightweight design with an ergonomic grip
• Cutting capability: supports straight, curved and bevel cuts
• Base plate: adjustable for bevel cutting and stable guidance

How to use

Install a blade suitable for the material and secure it using the quick blade change mechanism; ensure the battery is charged and correctly inserted. Adjust the speed control to match the material: lower speeds for metal and harder materials, higher speeds for rapid cuts in softwood. Position the base plate flat on the workpiece, align the cutting line, and start the tool before engaging the material to avoid chipping. Use steady, controlled feed pressure and let the motor work without forcing the tool. For bevel cuts, set the base plate to the required angle and perform test cuts on scrap material to confirm settings.

Recommendations

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, such as eye protection, hearing protection and a dust mask when cutting materials that generate fine dust. Use blades matched to the material and desired cut quality, and inspect blades regularly for wear. For repetitive or long-duration work, use batteries with sufficient capacity to avoid performance drop; follow the manufacturer’s instructions for charging and battery care. Keep the base plate clean and check for proper alignment to maintain cutting accuracy.
