Serra de vaivém a bateria Makita DUC101RF06 10.8V — construção leve e compacta, alimentada a bateria

The Makita DUC101RF06 cordless pruning saw is a compact, battery-powered tool built for trimming branches and maintaining tree crowns in gardens and small orchards. Operating on Makita's 10.8V platform, the saw combines a lightweight chassis with a short bar length to improve reach and control in confined spaces and on ladders. Battery operation reduces noise and exhaust compared with petrol alternatives while allowing tether-free mobility for typical pruning tasks.

Advantages

The compact design and reduced weight improve maneuverability for extended use and when working at height. Battery power provides instant start-up and steady cutting performance without fuel mixing or pull-starting. The tool's short, efficient blade and optimized drive deliver smooth cuts on small- to medium-diameter branches while limiting operator fatigue. Its low vibration and quieter operation make it suitable for residential settings and areas with noise restrictions.

Suitable for

• Pruning ornamental trees and shrubs
• Removing small to medium-diameter branches
• Crown maintenance and shaping
• Work on ladders or in confined spaces
• Gardening and light arborist tasks where portability is required

Key specifications

• Power source: 10.8V lithium-ion battery platform
• Tool type: cordless pruning saw (compact form factor)
• Weight: lightweight design for improved handling
• Bar length: short blade suitable for close-range cutting and maneuverability
• Operation: low vibration and reduced noise compared with petrol models
• Intended use: cutting small to medium branches, crown maintenance

How to use

Charge a compatible 10.8V Makita battery fully before use and secure it in the saw according to the manufacturer's instructions. Inspect the blade and fastening system for damage or loosening; tighten or replace components as needed. When cutting, support the branch where possible and make controlled cuts with steady forward pressure; avoid forcing the blade through growth that exceeds the saw's effective cutting capacity. Observe safe ladder techniques and maintain three points of contact if working above ground level. After use, clean sawdust from the bar and chain area, inspect for wear, and store the tool and battery in a dry, temperature-stable location.

Recommendations

Use the Makita DUC101RF06 for routine pruning and crown work on branches within the saw's recommended diameter range, and pair it with appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection when necessary. For larger branches or continuous heavy-duty cutting, consider a higher-capacity battery platform or a dedicated larger saw to ensure safe and efficient performance.
