Simagic Quick Release QR70 HALF 70 mm — cubo de aperto rápido para volantes, furação de 70 mm

Simagic Quick Release QR70 HALF 70mm is a compact quick-release hub developed for racing wheel setups with a 70 mm bolt pattern. The half-size QR form factor is intended to speed up wheel swaps between sessions or different vehicles while maintaining a secure mechanical connection. Designed for use with compatible Simagic wheels and many aftermarket racing wheels that share the 70 mm mounting pattern, this hub balances size, weight and rigidity for sim racing and motorsport applications.

Advantages

The QR70 HALF 70mm offers a reliable clamp mechanism for fast attachment and detachment without tools, reducing downtime during practice or event changes. Its 70 mm bolt pattern is a common standard for many racing wheels, which helps ensure broad compatibility. The half-size form factor reduces bulk behind the wheel, improving driver clearance and cockpit ergonomics while preserving a solid mechanical interface for force feedback transmission.

Suitable for

• Sim racing rigs where quick wheel changes are required
• Drivers who switch between wheels or cars during sessions
• Setups that use wheels with a 70 mm bolt pattern
• Motorsport training rigs and shared cockpits

Key specifications

How to use

Attach the QR70 HALF hub to the wheel base according to the wheel base manufacturer’s mounting procedure, aligning the 70 mm bolt holes and securing the hub with the appropriate bolts. Mount the compatible racing wheel onto the quick-release hub, engaging the locking mechanism until it clicks or otherwise indicates full engagement. To remove the wheel, release the quick-release latch or mechanism and pull the wheel away from the hub. Follow all torque and installation guidance from your wheel and base manufacturers to ensure safe operation.

Recommendations

Verify compatibility of your wheel and wheel base with the 70 mm bolt pattern before installation. Periodically inspect the quick-release mechanism and mounting bolts for wear or loosening, and tighten or service components according to manufacturer guidance. Use the quick release on flat, stable surfaces and avoid forcing the mechanism if it does not engage smoothly.
