How to use

Connect the CD Soundmachine to the mains using the supplied power cord or insert six LR14 (C) batteries to operate portably. To play a disc, open the top-loading tray and insert a compatible disc (CD, CD-R, CD-RW, or MP3-CD). Use the front-panel controls or the Philips entertainment app on your smartphone or tablet to switch sources, control playback, adjust volume, set the sleep timer, and change display brightness. For Bluetooth audio, pair a device using Bluetooth 5.4 and select the player as the audio output; control tracks via the app or onboard controls. To play files from a USB flash drive, insert it into the USB port and use play/pause and previous/next commands. For private listening, plug headphones into the 3.5 mm jack, or connect external audio equipment via the 3.5 mm input.

Recommendations

For best wireless audio quality when streaming, use source devices that support the LC3 codec and Auracast; keep the device firmware and the Philips entertainment app updated to ensure full feature availability and remote-control functions.
