Recommendations

For accurate health tracking, wear the watch snugly on your wrist and keep the sensors clean. Avoid exposing the charging port to water while charging. Although water resistant to 1 ATM, avoid prolonged submersion or high-pressure water exposure. Regularly sync data with the companion app and keep the firmware updated for best performance.
