Smartwatch Joyroom JR-FT5 Plus Fit-life Series Graphite

Joyroom JR-FT5 Plus Fit-life Series Smartwatch (graphite) combines a large 1.96-inch TFT display, comprehensive health monitoring and Bluetooth calling in a compact wrist device. The watch features a 320 x 385 pixel screen with always-on option, two interchangeable straps (magnetic and silicone), 1 ATM water resistance (up to 10 m) and a 300 mAh battery that provides typical use up to 8–12 days. Included in the package are the smartwatch with magnetic strap, an additional silicone strap and a magnetic charging cable.

Advantages

The JR-FT5 Plus provides continuous health tracking including heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep quality and stress monitoring, plus breathing exercises and a menstrual calendar. Its Bluetooth 5.4 connection with built-in microphone and speaker supports making and receiving calls directly from the watch. A wide set of everyday functions—weather forecast, notifications, remote camera and music control, alarm, stopwatch and Find Phone—makes the device convenient for daily use. Magnetic charging and up to 12 days of typical usage reduce the need for frequent recharging.

Switch between magnetic and silicone straps as needed for daily wear or workouts. Use the touchscreen and available watch faces to customize display information; enable always-on mode if you need constant time visibility. Access health monitoring features from the app or watch menu to view heart rate, SpO2, sleep and stress data, and start breathing exercises or sport modes directly on the device.

Recommendations

For best results, wear the watch snugly on the wrist during measurements and keep the firmware and companion app updated. Although the watch is water resistant to 1 ATM, avoid prolonged exposure to pressurized water and do not use it for diving. Use the magnetic strap for everyday comfort and the silicone strap for intense physical activity.
