Smartwatch Polar Pacer Pro cinzento

This ultra-light GPS running watch with integrated barometer provides advanced training tools for serious runners to improve running economy and performance. The design features a durable 1.1 mm glass screen and a MIP reflective color display for clear visibility in bright conditions. A more powerful CPU improves responsiveness, and a single full charge supports up to one week of continuous use. The watch offers running-specific metrics including VO2max estimation, wrist-based running power, and heart rate zone monitoring to guide training without laboratory testing.

Advantages

The watch combines lightweight construction, long battery life and a readable MIP display for outdoor use. Built-in sensors and improved algorithms deliver reliable heart rate data from the wrist and motion-filtered measurements for more accurate insights. Integrated running power and VO2max estimates let runners monitor effort and aerobic fitness in real conditions. The responsive user interface reduces lag and makes data and controls easier to access during training.

Key specifications

• Type: GPS running watch with integrated barometer
• Display: MIP reflective color display with 1.1 mm glass
• Battery life: up to 1 week per full charge (typical use)
• Sensors: optical heart rate sensor, barometer, GPS
• Performance metrics: VO2max estimation, wrist-based running power, heart rate zones
• Processor: upgraded CPU for smoother UI and faster performance

How to use

Wear the watch snugly on the wrist above the wrist bone to ensure optimal heart rate and running power measurements. Start an outdoor running activity to enable GPS and barometer-based metrics; the watch will continuously record pace, distance, elevation and estimated VO2max. Use heart rate zones and running power feedback during runs to control intensity, and review recovery and sleep data after activity to plan subsequent training sessions. Charge the device fully before extended use to take advantage of the advertised battery life.

Recommendations

For best results, calibrate GPS and update firmware when prompted, ensure a proper fit for accurate wrist-based heart rate, and combine watch metrics with structured training plans for consistent performance improvement.
