Sonda de câmara de endoscópio Voltcraft BS-6.5/1m — 6,5 mm de diâmetro, 1 m de comprimento, compatível com BS-30XHR, BS-50X, BS-100XIP, BS-200XW, BS-220XIP

Rigid endoscope camera probe Voltcraft BS-6.5/1m is a 6.5 mm diameter, 1 m long inspection accessory designed to extend the reach of compatible Voltcraft inspection camera units. The probe provides a slim, rigid insertion shaft that enables visual inspection of narrow or confined spaces such as pipes, machinery housings and vehicle engine compartments when used with supported camera bodies. It is offered as an accessory compatible with a range of Voltcraft inspection cameras and connects to the main unit to deliver image transmission from the probe tip.

Advantages

The probe’s 6.5 mm diameter allows access to tight openings where larger probes cannot fit, while the 1 m rigid length provides controlled insertion and positional stability. Being an accessory for Voltcraft inspection cameras, it is matched to the optical and mechanical interfaces of the supported models, ensuring straightforward connection and consistent image capture. The rigid construction reduces flexing for precise inspections and helps guide the camera to the target area with minimal equipment modification.

Suitable for

• Visual inspection of narrow pipes and conduits
• Examination of machinery internals and production equipment
• Inspection of vehicle engine bays and transmission areas
• Maintenance checks in HVAC ducts and confined technical spaces

Key specifications

• Probe diameter: 6.5 mm
• Probe length: 1 m
• Probe type: rigid insertion shaft
• Optical compatibility: designed for use with specified Voltcraft inspection camera models
• Function: transmits visual image from probe tip to main camera unit

How to use

Attach the rigid probe to the compatible Voltcraft inspection camera according to the camera manufacturer’s connection procedure, ensuring the connector is fully seated and secured. Power on the main camera unit and verify image feed from the probe tip. Gently insert the probe into the inspection area, advancing slowly and maintaining control to avoid impacting delicate surfaces. Use camera controls to adjust focus or illumination if supported by the main unit. Withdraw the probe carefully after inspection and inspect the probe tip for debris or damage before storage.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, use the probe only with compatible Voltcraft inspection cameras and avoid forcing the rigid shaft through openings smaller than the probe diameter. Clean the probe after each use with a soft, lint-free cloth; avoid harsh chemicals that could damage optical surfaces or mechanical fittings. Store the probe in a protective case or wrapped to prevent bending forces and contact with sharp objects.
