How to use

Attach the monitor arm to your desk using the clamp or the table grommet according to the recommended tabletop thickness. Mount the display to the VESA plate (75x75 or 100x100) and use the VESA quick-release to secure or remove the monitor quickly. Adjust the spring tension to match the monitor weight for smooth height movement, then set tilt, swivel and rotation to the desired ergonomic position. Use the quick-release coupling when assembling the two arm segments to simplify installation. Route cables through the integrated cable management channels for a tidy setup.

Recommendations

For safe and durable operation, use the mount with a single monitor up to 49" and up to 20 kg. Verify tabletop thickness before choosing clamp or grommet mounting and adjust the spring tension to prevent sagging or excessive lift. Avoid exceeding the specified VESA and weight limits.
