Working in-line

Be Universal Laptop Holder features a document holder that makes it easy to work in-line. Working in-line means that everything you are using while working is right in front of you. This eliminates the need to lean to the sides and forward. This not only helps with keeping your desk tidy, but also helps with your concentration and energy. Prevent common aches and pains and quickly read an incoming message without getting out of the flow of your work!

Legal requirements

Laptops are not suitable for extended use without external equipment. If a laptop is used for more than two hours at a time, external devices are needed to meet legal requirements and practice guidelines. So to work comfortably and productively with a laptop for long periods, a laptop stand, an external mouse and an external keyboard are crucial. If you use an external monitor and place the laptop screen at the same height, both can also be used as dual screens. (Source: Dutch Working Conditions Regulations (art. 5.1).

Lifetime warranty!

Because those who believe in quality dare to say so out loud. The BE Universal Laptop Holder was designed with durability and quality in mind. With high-quality materials and a smart, timeless construction, this is an accessory that will last. That's why we confidently provide a lifetime warranty. Less replacing means less waste, less cost and therefore better for everyone. An investment for now and later.

Use

Our BE Universal Laptop Holder is light and easy to use. You fold the document holder forward, place the laptop and secure it under the elastic band. And you're good to go! The remaining part of the elastic can easily be magnetised at the back. A smart solution that even allows you to manage your cables.

How to use

Attach the BE Universal laptop arm to a compatible monitor arm or VESA mounting point according to the monitor arm manufacturer’s instructions. Place the laptop on the carrier and secure it using the integrated strap or retention method included with the mount. Adjust height and tilt until the screen is at a comfortable viewing level and angle. Make sure the notebook weight does not exceed the specified maximum capacity.

Recommendations

For optimal ergonomics, position the top of the laptop screen at or slightly below eye level and angle the screen to reduce glare. Confirm compatibility with your monitor arm’s VESA size and observe the 8 kg maximum load rating. Regularly check that attachment points and straps remain secure during use.
