Switch Gigabit PoE PULSAR SG-64 — 4 portas PoE, 2 portas uplink

PULSAR Gigabit PoE Switch SG-64 is a compact unmanaged network switch that combines four Power over Ethernet (PoE) enabled Gigabit ports with two additional Gigabit uplink ports. Designed for small networks and edge installations, the switch supplies both data connectivity and centralized power to compatible devices such as IP cameras, wireless access points and VoIP phones, simplifying cabling and enabling faster deployment of networked equipment.

Advantages

The device integrates four Gigabit PoE ports and two Gigabit uplinks in a small form factor, reducing the need for separate power adaptors and additional cabling. Its unmanaged design requires no configuration, making it suitable for quick plug-and-play installation. Gigabit throughput on all ports ensures sufficient bandwidth for video streams and voice traffic, while centralized power delivery decreases the number of power sockets required at the installation site.

Suitable for

• Small office or retail networks requiring PoE for IP cameras
• Edge deployments with wireless access points in shops, cafes or small enterprises
• VoIP phone installations in reception areas and meeting rooms
• Temporary or remote setups where compact, powered switching is needed

Key specifications

• Port configuration: 4 Gigabit ports with PoE function, 2 Gigabit uplink ports
• Data rate: 10/100/1000 Mbps on all ports
• PoE capability: delivers power over Ethernet to compatible devices
• Form factor: compact desktop/edge switch suitable for limited-space installations
• Operation: unmanaged plug-and-play operation, no user configuration required

How to use

Place the switch in a ventilated location near network devices and a suitable mains outlet. Connect the uplink ports to your router or core switch using standard Cat5e/6 cables and plug PoE-enabled devices into the PoE ports. Power the unit from the mains supply; the switch will automatically negotiate link speed and supply power to compatible devices. Monitor connected devices for proper power and link indicators on the switch to verify operation.

Recommendations

Use quality Ethernet cables (Cat5e or higher) and avoid power-hungry combinations of devices that may exceed the switch’s PoE power budget. Install the switch in a dry, dust-free environment with adequate airflow, and place it close enough to powered devices to keep cable runs within recommended length limits for reliable PoE delivery.
