How to use

Pull the required length of cable from the reel and place the drum on a stable, dry surface. Connect the protective contact plug to a compatible earthed socket and then plug devices into the cable end or socket outlets on the reel if present. After use, disconnect powered devices and unplug the reel before rewinding the cable onto the drum to avoid kinks. Store the reel in a dry place protected from prolonged exposure to sunlight and moisture.

Recommendations

Use the cable reel for temporary power distribution and avoid operating enclosed electrical equipment that requires permanent hardwiring. Inspect the cable and plug for damage before each use and do not use the reel if insulation or contacts appear compromised. For outdoor use, ensure connectors remain dry and the reel is positioned on a stable surface away from standing water.
