This freestanding, double-layer tent is built for two backpackers who want reliable shelter without extra weight. The vinyl-coated 210T polyester rainfly shrugs off rain with a PU2000mm rating, while the inner tent's B3 mesh keeps air flowing and bugs out. The Cloud Creek 2 Vinyl Edition stands out with its durable vinyl-coated rainfly that offers excellent waterproofing and UV protection. The freestanding design lets you pitch on rocky or sandy ground without staking, and the double-layer construction minimizes condensation. Two large doors and vestibules provide easy access and generous gear storage, making it a practical choice for two-person adventures. The aluminum poles balance strength and weight, keeping your pack light without sacrificing stability.

Ideal use cases

• Backpacking trips for two
• Three-season camping and mild winter use
• Weekend getaways in variable weather
• Hiking in sunny or rainy conditions
• Camping where freestanding setup is preferred

Good to know

The tent packs down to just 48 x 16 x 16 cm, fitting easily into a backpack. The B3 mesh inner tent provides excellent ventilation while keeping insects out, and the UPF50+ coating adds sun protection for extended exposure. Setup is straightforward with color-coded poles and clips, and the included carry bag makes transport simple. For best performance, seam sealing is recommended before first use in heavy rain.
