How to use

Connect up to two core thermometer probes to the SEVERIN device according to the probe manufacturer’s instructions. Insert the probe(s) into the thickest part of the meat without touching bone, then monitor the displayed internal temperature until it reaches the target temperature for your recipe. Remove the probes carefully after use and clean or store them as recommended by the probe manufacturer.

Recommendations

For accurate results, place probes away from bone and fat, allow readings to stabilise, and follow recommended target temperatures for different types of meat.
