How to use

Insert a fresh AA battery into the battery compartment according to the polarity markings. Hang the clock on a suitable wall hook at the desired height. After power-up, the clock will search for the DCF77 signal and set the time automatically; this process can take several minutes depending on reception. If necessary, place the clock closer to a window or away from strong electrical interference to improve signal reception.

Recommendations

For optimal DCF77 reception, install the clock on an interior wall facing a clear view to the west or north-west and avoid mounting near large metal objects or electrical equipment. Replace the AA battery annually or when the second hand becomes irregular to maintain accurate timekeeping.
