Note: When unpacking the scooter, the rear wheel may not spin freely or may be braked. This is because the brake cable is tensioned and automatically activates the rear brake. This is not a product defect. After properly assembling the scooter and setting the handlebar to at least the first fixed position (locked), the cable will relax. The rear wheel will then spin completely freely and the scooter will function properly. This phenomenon is normal for an unassembled scooter and is not grounds for a claim.
