This pre-insulated copper pipe coil delivers a complete refrigerant line in one continuous 50-metre length, combining a high-quality Cu-DHP copper tube with a closed-cell PE foam insulation layer. Engineered for dependable refrigerant and coolant transport in heating and cooling systems, it offers excellent formability, corrosion resistance and clean internal surfaces for reliable system operation.

Advantages

The copper core meets EN 12735-1 standards and is manufactured from deoxidised high-phosphorus copper (Cu-DHP), ensuring excellent formability, corrosion resistance and clean internal surfaces. The 9 mm thick polyethylene insulation provides a thermal conductivity of ≤0.038 W/m·K, keeping energy losses low and reducing condensation risk. Its closed-cell structure resists moisture absorption, while the flexible annealed temper allows easy bending around obstacles without kinking.
