The compact form factor and neutral design make it unobtrusive in both work and home environments.

How to use

Position the camera on the top edge of your monitor or laptop screen and adjust the angle for an even framing of your face. Select the HP webcam as the video input device in your conferencing or streaming application settings. For best results, ensure adequate front lighting and close unnecessary background applications to preserve system resources.

Recommendations

Use the webcam in a well-lit environment with soft, diffused light facing the subject to reduce shadows and improve image clarity. If privacy is a concern, cover the lens when the camera is not in use. For stable performance during longer sessions, connect the webcam directly to a powered USB port on the host device rather than through an unpowered hub.
