How to use

Preheat the wok briefly on a suitable hob, then add a small amount of oil if required. Cook at medium to high heat according to the recipe, using wooden, silicone or other utensils recommended for non-stick surfaces to avoid damaging the coating. After use, allow the pan to cool before washing; clean with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Do not use abrasive pads or aggressive cleaners to preserve the non-stick surface.
