Why choose it

The Z-Perform 1000D eliminates the cost and hassle of thermal transfer ribbons. Direct thermal technology uses heat-sensitive paper, so you only need labels and a compatible printer. The permanent acrylic adhesive provides a strong, reliable bond on corrugated cardboard, shrink wrap, and other common shipping surfaces, reducing the risk of labels peeling off in transit. Perforations speed up manual application, making this roll ideal for high-volume shipping docks and distribution centers.

Ideal use cases

• Shipping and receiving labels for parcels and pallets
• Inventory bin and shelf labeling in warehouses
• Logistics and tracking labels for supply chain operations
• General-purpose labeling in retail backrooms and manufacturing

Good to know

Direct thermal labels are best for short-term applications (up to 6-12 months) and should be kept away from prolonged heat, sunlight, or abrasion. For long-term or outdoor use, consider thermal transfer labels with a ribbon. This roll is a genuine Zebra consumable, engineered to work seamlessly with Zebra desktop, mid-range, and industrial direct thermal printers, ensuring consistent print quality and reduced printer wear.
