Use genuine Zebra ribbons and PVC cards matched to the ZC300 specifications, keep the hopper and cleaning rollers free of dust, and secure the printer with the cover lock in public-facing locations. For best results, perform regular cleaning cycles recommended by the manufacturer and store cards in a dry, temperature-controlled environment.
