Abraçadeiras InLine 60 mm × 2,5 mm, bege, resistência à tração 78,5 N, pack de 100

InLine cable ties, 60 mm long and 2.5 mm wide, in beige, are designed for fastening small cable bundles, securing components, and organizing short wiring runs. Manufactured from polyamide 6.6, these ties provide abrasion resistance and good resistance to sea water, oil and grease. Each tie has a tensile strength of 78.5 N and is supplied in a practical pack of 100 to cover multiple small fastening tasks at home, in the office or in light industrial environments. The operating temperature range from -20 °C to 85 °C makes them suitable for typical indoor and sheltered outdoor conditions.

Advantages

These cable ties are simple to apply by hand and lock securely thanks to integrated locking teeth, giving a reliable grip without the need for tools. The polyamide 6.6 material offers mechanical robustness and abrasion resistance while maintaining chemical resistance to common contaminants such as oil and grease. Their short, low-profile design is useful where space is limited or where tidy, unobtrusive fastening is required.

Suitable for

• Bundling short cable runs and wire looms
• Fixing small components and securing labels
• Organizing home, office or workshop cables
• Temporary or semi-permanent fastening in light industrial tasks

Key specifications

• Length: 60 mm
• Width/thickness: 2.5 mm
• Color: beige
• Tensile strength: 78.5 N
• Material: polyamide 6.6 (nylon)
• Operating temperature range: -20 °C to 85 °C
• Pack quantity: 100 pieces

How to use

Insert the pointed end of the cable tie into the head and pull it through until the bundle is held firmly. Tighten by hand to the required tension; the locking teeth will prevent loosening. For cutting excess tail, use a flush cutter or scissors to avoid sharp edges. Store unused ties in a closed bag and protect from direct sunlight and heat sources to maintain material properties over time.

Recommendations

Use these ties for low-load fastening and cable organization. Avoid using them where higher tensile strength or UV-stability is required; for outdoor, high-UV or heavy-load applications, choose ties specifically rated for those conditions. Keep ties away from direct heat and prolonged sunlight to reduce the risk of drying or embrittlement.
