Acessório para rack Rittal 3244.810 — ventoinha incorporada, 1 ventoinha, fluxo de ar 770 m³/h, caixa de plástico, cinzento

Rittal 3244.810 is a rack accessory designed as a complete fan unit for forced ventilation of cabinets and enclosures. The unit integrates one built-in fan delivering an airflow of 770 m³/h and is housed in a grey plastic casing. It is supplied as a single-piece unit and is intended for mounting on racks, network cabinets and electrical enclosures where controlled air movement is required to support heat dissipation and maintain reliable operating temperatures for installed equipment.

Advantages

The fan unit offers tool-free mounting and includes EMC shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference within the enclosure. With a plastic housing and compact design it provides a lightweight ventilation solution that can be fitted directly to enclosure openings. The rated air throughput of 770 m³/h ensures effective air exchange for medium-density rack installations while keeping installation and maintenance straightforward.

Key specifications

How to use

Select an appropriate cutout or mounting location on the cabinet or enclosure that matches the unit dimensions and airflow direction. Fit the fan unit into the prepared opening and secure it by the tool-free fastening mechanism following the enclosure manufacturer's guidance. Connect the fan to the enclosure's power supply and any control wiring as required, observing correct voltage and grounding practices. Verify airflow direction and test operation to confirm adequate ventilation and absence of unusual noise or vibration.

Recommendations

Ensure regular inspection of the fan and housing for dust accumulation and mechanical wear. Maintain clear intake and exhaust paths inside the cabinet to preserve the rated airflow. When installing in EMC-sensitive environments, verify that shielding continuity is maintained between the fan unit and the enclosure. Replace the unit if airflow performance degrades or if mechanical damage is present.
