Adaptador de cubo de volante Simagic NEO-X-HUB compatível com volantes de 70mm PCD

The Simagic NEO-X-HUB wheel hub adapter is designed to connect 70 mm PCD wheels to compatible Simagic steering bases. It provides a mechanical interface that aligns wheel mounting holes with the steering base fitting, allowing the use of aftermarket or custom wheels that follow the 70 mm pitch circle diameter standard. The adapter is intended for sim racing setups where secure attachment, correct alignment, and repeatable fitment are required for consistent force feedback and steering behavior.

Advantages

The adapter offers a precise fit for 70 mm PCD wheels, reducing play and ensuring consistent centering. Constructed for mechanical stability, it helps maintain a stable connection under dynamic loads typical of force-feedback steering. The design simplifies wheel changes and supports aftermarket wheel compatibility without modification to the steering base, preserving original mounting integrity.

Suitable for

• Sim racing rigs using Simagic steering bases that accept an adapter for 70 mm PCD wheels
• Users who want to fit aftermarket or custom 70 mm PCD wheels
• Test benches or demo setups where frequent wheel changes are required

Key specifications

• Compatibility: 70 mm pitch circle diameter (PCD) wheel mounting pattern
• Function: Mechanical hub adapter for connecting wheel to steering base
• Material: Rigid metal alloy or similar high-strength material for load transfer
• Mounting: Multi-hole flange matching 70 mm PCD standard and mating interface for Simagic bases
• Finish: Machined surface for accurate alignment and repeatable fitment

How to use

Attach the adapter to the Simagic steering base using the provided or appropriate screws that match the base’s mounting threads, ensuring correct orientation and full thread engagement. Mount the 70 mm PCD wheel onto the adapter by aligning the wheel’s bolt holes with the adapter flange and tightening the fasteners evenly in a crisscross pattern to the manufacturer-recommended torque. Verify wheel centering and full range of motion before applying full force feedback loads.

Recommendations

Use screws with the correct thread size and grade specified for your steering base and wheel. Periodically check fastener tightness and inspect the adapter and mounting interface for wear or deformation. If any play or misalignment is detected, stop use and re-check fitment to maintain safe and predictable steering performance.
