ALPEN-MAYKESTAG Alpen TSS 3 LL conjunto de brocas escalonadas 5-6-8 3 peças HSS TiN

The ALPEN-MAYKESTAG Alpen TSS 3 LL 5-6-8 is a professional 3-piece step drill set designed for precise and efficient drilling in sheet metal, non-ferrous metals, and plastics. Manufactured from high-speed steel (HSS) with a titanium nitride (TiN) coating, these drills offer extended tool life and reduced friction. Each drill features a self-centering tip for accurate starts and a cylindrical shank with 3-flat drive for secure chuck grip. The set includes drills covering diameter ranges 5-16 mm, 6-20 mm, and 8-30 mm, with step increments of 1 mm or 2 mm as specified. Supplied in a durable plastic case for safe storage and transport.

Advantages

High-speed steel construction with TiN coating ensures durability and heat resistance. Self-centering tips eliminate the need for pilot holes, increasing productivity. The 3-flat drive shank prevents slipping in the chuck. Step increments allow for multiple hole sizes with a single tool, reducing tool changes.

Suitable for

• Sheet metal up to 4 mm thickness
• Non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper, brass)
