ROG Strix Scope II 96 Wireless is a full-function gaming keyboard packed into a 96% efficient layout to free up your desk space. Get ready for a premium experience with maximum versatility and unlimited options for customization. It features a tri-mode connection with ROG SpeedNova wireless technology and ROG Omni Receiver. It comes with hot-swappable pre-lubed ROG NX Snow mechanical switches and a unique silicone dampening foam design with integrated switch dampening pads for a great typing experience. It also features hotkeys for Xbox Game Bar and recording functions, and intuitive multi-function button with multiwheel. It also offers three tilt angle adjustments and a detachable wrist rest.

Versatile Tri-Mode Connection
ROG SpeedNova wireless technology offers up to 1,500+ hours of stable, uninterrupted near-zero-latency gameplay in 2.4 GHz RF mode (RGB and OLED off). Alternatively, you can use Bluetooth mode to connect to up to three devices at the same time, or charge and play simultaneously in wired USB mode.

ROG Omni Receiver
ROG Strix Scope II 96 Wireless is the first ROG keyboard to be equipped with the ROG Omni Receiver that allows wireless connection to one compatible keyboard and one compatible mouse at the same time with a single USB receiver – without compromising performance.

Hot-Swappable Switches
Swap and install your preferred switch type for a unique, customized feel*.
*Even though the switches are hot-swappable, we recommend not to swap the switches when the keyboard is turned on to prevent short circuits.

Advanced Sound Dampening
Unique dampening foam design with added switch-dampening pads to absorb pinging noises and echoes for improved keystroke acoustics.

The switches have lubricated stems and base housings that offer a smoother click feel and eliminate spring bouncing noises respectively.

ROG NX Snow mechanical switches utilize composite POM material for the stem with PC top housing and POM bottom housing to provide ultra smooth keystrokes, and the walled stem design enhances stability and prevents dust intrusion. Special tuning is also done, coupled with factory pre-lubing, to give the ROG NX Snow keystroke a very solid and clean sound, with “thocky” acoustics.

ROG UV-coated ABS keycaps utilize a layer of UV hard coating to offer greatly improved shine resistance.

ROG PBT Doubleshot Keycaps
ROG PBT doubleshot keycaps provide a unique and premium feel, as well as offer long-lasting durability. Key design has been optimized with mid-height keycaps (similar to Cherry profile keycaps) and a shorter stem to reduce key wobble, and provide a more comfortable user experience.

How to use

Connect the keyboard via the included USB cable for wired use, insert the ROG Omni Receiver into a USB port for 2.4 GHz wireless mode, or pair with up to three devices via Bluetooth. Use the multi-function button and multiwheel to adjust volume and lighting, and press the mapped hotkeys (F1–F5) for Xbox Game Bar and recording functions. To change switches, power off the keyboard before removing or installing switches in the hot-swap sockets. Configure macros and lighting profiles using the compatible software and save them to onboard memory for use without software.

Recommendations

Do not swap switches while the keyboard is powered on to avoid the risk of short circuits. For best acoustic performance, keep the silicone dampening foam and integrated switch dampening pads in place; choose PBT doubleshot keycaps where long-term wear resistance is a priority and UV-coated ABS if shine resistance is preferred.
