Barra de pinos Harting 09 67 009 5604 – barra de pinos placa para cabo, modelo especificado 09670095604

Harting board-to-wire pin header 09 67 009 5604 is a single-row male connector designed to provide reliable electrical and mechanical connection between printed circuit boards and mating housings or cable assemblies. Intended for signal and low-power circuits in industrial and electronic environments, this pin header offers a fixed arrangement of straight pins for PCB mounting and secure engagement with compatible female housings. The design focuses on consistent contact performance and straightforward soldering or through-hole assembly on standard circuit boards.

Advantages

The connector delivers stable contact force and predictable pin alignment suited to repeated mating cycles. Its straightforward single-row form factor simplifies PCB layout and cable harness design while minimizing footprint. Mechanical rigidity and consistent pin spacing support reliable signal transmission and straightforward assembly using through-hole soldering or wave solder processes. The product is compatible with common housings and cable assemblies used in industrial and electronic applications.

Suitable for

• Board-to-wire connections on PCBs for control and signal circuits
• Panel wiring where a fixed male pin row mates with housings or cable plugs
• Industrial equipment and control cabinets requiring durable, low-power connectors
• Prototyping and small-series electronic assemblies with through-hole components

Key specifications

• Connector type: single-row board-to-wire male pin header
• Mounting style: through-hole PCB mounting
• Contact arrangement: fixed row of straight pins for mating with female housings
• Intended application: signal and low-power circuits in electronic and industrial use
• Mechanical features: fixed pin spacing and rigid pin carrier for alignment

How to use

Place the pin header into the PCB through-hole pattern matching the pin spacing and orientation. Secure the connector by soldering each pin using manual soldering, wave solder, or selective soldering processes appropriate for through-hole components. After soldering, mate the corresponding female housing or cable assembly onto the pin row until proper engagement is felt. For panel-mounted assemblies, ensure correct mechanical support and strain relief for connected cables.

Recommendations

Verify mating housing compatibility and pin spacing before PCB layout. Use appropriate soldering temperature profiles for through-hole components and provide mechanical support or strain relief for cables to avoid undue stress on solder joints. For repeated mating cycles, inspect contact condition periodically and replace the connector if visible wear or damage occurs.
