How to use

Set the poles to the correct length by loosening the telescopic locking mechanism, extend or collapse each pole until the height feels natural for your walking posture, then re-tighten the locks. The correct pole height generally allows your elbow to form an angle of approximately 90 degrees when holding the grip with the pole tip on the ground. Place your hand through the wrist strap from below and hold the ergonomic grip to ensure secure contact and improved push-off technique. Use an alternating arm‑leg movement typical for Nordic walking; maintain steady pole placement and adjust length as needed for uphill or downhill sections.

Recommendations

Regularly check and tighten the telescopic locks before each walk. Inspect tips and straps for wear and replace worn rubber tips as needed to maintain grip on hard surfaces. For steep terrain, shorten the poles slightly for better control; extend them for flatter terrain to increase stride support.
