Broca Bosch CYL-9 1 cm de diâmetro 90 mm de comprimento

The Bosch CYL-9 drill bit has a 1 cm diameter and a 90 mm overall length. Designed for drilling in soft to medium density tiles, porcelain, ceramics and non-toughened glass, this single bit offers precise cutting geometry and robust construction for professional and DIY applications.

Advantages

The CYL-9 provides reliable drilling in fragile and semi-dense materials without the need for coolant. Its white colour finish aids visual identification among other bits. The design is compatible with standard drills when used at low speeds and with the impact function disabled, reducing the risk of cracking tiles or glass.

Suitable for

• Soft to medium density ceramic tiles
• Porcelain tiles
• Non-toughened glass
• General DIY tile and sanitary fitting drilling

How to use

Mount the drill bit securely in a suitable drill. Operate at low speed and ensure the drill’s impact function is turned off. Apply steady, moderate pressure and allow the bit to cut without forcing. No cooling is required during drilling, but pause periodically to clear debris and check progress to avoid overheating or chipping fragile materials.

Recommendations

Use the Bosch CYL-9 only on recommended materials (soft–medium tiles, porcelain, ceramics, non-toughened glass). Avoid using with impact mode or at high speeds. For best results, secure the workpiece, mark the drilling point, and use light, controlled pressure.
