Cabo de fibra ótica MPO/UPC Ubiquiti UACC-OFC-MA-MPMP-0.5M 0,5 m OM4

The Ubiquiti UACC-OFC-MA-MPMP-0.5M is a 0.5 m indoor MPO/UPC fibre optic patch cable with OM4 multi-mode fibre designed for 100G applications. The cable uses MPO-12 Type B UPC connectors and is intended for short interconnects in data centres and enterprise network racks where high-bandwidth, low-loss connections are required.

Advantages

This OM4 multi-mode fibre patch cable offers low insertion loss and consistent performance for high-speed links. The MPO-12 Type B UPC connectors provide reliable mating alignment for multi-fibre connections, and the 0.5 m length minimises excess cable in dense rack environments. Designed for indoor use, the cable is suitable for structured cabling in data centres and network closets.

Suitable for

• 100G data centre interconnects
• High-density patching in server racks
• Short multi-fibre connections between switches and transceivers

Avoid bending the cable beyond its minimum bend radius; route it through cable management panels or trays to prevent stress. Test the link after installation with appropriate optical test equipment to verify insertion loss and continuity.

Recommendations

Use this short OM4 MPO patch cable for high-density, short-reach connections inside racks or equipment cabinets. Store and handle connectors with dust caps when not in use, and perform regular cleaning of MPO endfaces to maintain optimal optical performance.
