Cabo de segurança Safetex Safety com olhais e mosquetão DGUV até 15.0kg | Cabo-O (SAFETY-05-FWK8-00.60)

Losing a tool or piece of equipment from height can cause serious injury or costly damage. The Safetex Safety Securing Rope with Thimbles & Carabiner Hook is a compact 0.60 m tether that keeps your gear securely attached to a fixed point, preventing accidental drops. Built from galvanized steel wire rope and fitted with pressed loops, thimbles, and a carabiner hook, it offers reliable anti-loss protection for tools, cameras, and small equipment up to 15.0 kg. The DGUV certification confirms it meets German occupational safety standards, making it a trusted choice for industrial, stage, event, and construction environments.

Who is it for

This securing rope is ideal for technicians, stagehands, construction workers, and anyone who needs to secure tools or equipment at height. It is particularly useful for preventing dropped objects in workplaces where falling items pose a hazard, such as scaffolding, lighting rigs, or elevated platforms. The compact length is perfect for close-range tethering, while the carabiner hook allows quick attachment and release.

Tips

Always inspect the rope and carabiner before each use for signs of wear, corrosion, or deformation. Ensure the carabiner gate closes fully and locks (if applicable) before relying on the tether. Do not exceed the 15.0 kg maximum working load, and replace the rope immediately if any damage is detected. For outdoor use, the galvanized coating provides good corrosion resistance, but periodic cleaning and lubrication of the carabiner hinge will extend service life.
