Cabo InfiniBand/fibra ótica DeLOCK LC - SC 10m

This OM4 fiber optical cable by Delock is designed for high-speed data transmission between networking devices. The DeLOCK LC - SC 10m InfiniBand/fibre optic cable has LC and SC connectors and a 10 m length, with a 50 µm core diameter and full-duplex capability to support reliable, low-loss connections in network environments.

Advantages

The cable provides full duplex communication and is manufactured for minimal signal attenuation. With LC and SC terminations it supports easy connection to SFP modules, switches or media converters. The 10 m length offers flexibility for rack and cabinet setups while the OM4 specification enables high bandwidth for demanding network links.

Suitable for

• Connecting NICs with SFP modules to switches
• Linking media converters to network equipment
• Short- to medium-distance fibre backbone connections in data centres
• High-speed InfiniBand and fibre optic links requiring OM4 multimode fibre

How to use

Connect the LC end to the device with an LC-compatible SFP or transceiver and the SC end to the switch, media converter, or other SC-equipped network device. Ensure connectors are clean before insertion to avoid contamination and signal loss. Route the cable without tight bends and secure it to avoid strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

Use this OM4 LC–SC cable for short- to medium-range multimode fibre links. Keep dust caps on connectors when not in use, clean connectors with appropriate fibre cleaning tools, and maintain bend radius recommendations to preserve signal integrity.
