Cabo null modem GoodConnections, conector fêmea DB25 para conector fêmea DB25, 3m, niquelado, blindagem dupla, preto 4030-3

Connecting two legacy RS-232 devices directly can be a headache—many setups require a null modem cable to swap transmit and receive lines, but finding the right pinout and gender is often confusing. The GoodConnections 4030-3 eliminates that guesswork: a ready-to-use 3-meter null modem cable with DB25 female connectors on both ends, correctly wired for DTE-to-DTE communication.

Who is it for

This cable is ideal for IT technicians, industrial automation engineers, and retro computing enthusiasts who need to link two computers, terminals, or serial devices without a modem. It works perfectly for file transfers, terminal sessions, and direct serial communication in labs, workshops, or legacy system maintenance.

Main features

• Null modem wiring with crossed-over transmit/receive lines for direct device-to-device connection
• DB25 (25-pin D-Sub) female connectors on both ends—no gender changers needed
• Generous 3-meter length for flexible equipment placement
• Double shielding (foil + braid) reduces electromagnetic interference for reliable data transfer
• Nickel-plated connectors resist corrosion and ensure solid contact
• Durable PVC jacket protects against wear and tear
• Supports RS-232 serial protocol with data rates up to 115.2 kbps
• RoHS compliant for environmental safety

Tips

Before purchasing, confirm that both devices have DB25 female serial ports. If your equipment uses 9-pin connectors, you will need DB9-to-DB25 adapters. For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel to power lines to minimize interference. This cable is not suitable for connecting a device to a modem—use a straight-through serial cable for that purpose.
