Cabo patch de fibra ótica DIGITUS - Tubo blindado SM - Simplex - SC/APC - SC/APC G.657.A2 - 10 m

The Digitus DK-2922A-10-SCA-SX is a 10 m singlemode fiber optic patch cable with SC/APC connectors and G.657.A2 fiber. The steel-armored outer layer provides enhanced protection against crushing, bending and rodent damage while maintaining a compact, flexible form factor suitable for FTTH, industrial and enterprise installations. With a 9 µm core diameter and low signal loss, this armored patch cord is designed for long service life and reliable high-speed data transmission.

Advantages

The armored construction increases mechanical strength and resistance to external hazards without significantly increasing weight or reducing flexibility. The SC/APC connectors and singlemode G.657.A2 fiber ensure reliable signal transmission and compatibility with high-performance networks. The cable’s design supports installation in tight spaces and harsh environments while minimizing signal attenuation.

Suitable for

• FTTH installations
• Industrial automation networks
• Enterprise backbone and patching
• Environments with risk of mechanical damage or rodent presence

How to use

Route the armored patch cable between endpoints avoiding sharp bends and excessive tension. Insert the SC/APC connectors into compatible adapter ports until they click or seat firmly. For best performance, keep connection points clean and use appropriate fiber cleaning tools before mating connectors. Secure the cable to prevent movement that could cause stress on connectors or the armored jacket.

Recommendations

Use this steel-armored SC/APC singlemode patch cable in installations where mechanical protection and low signal loss are required. Verify connector polarity and cleanliness, and follow site cabling standards for bend radius and strain relief to ensure long-term performance.
