Caixa de fusão de fibra ótica DeLOCK 67003 preto metal 483x220x44mm

The DeLOCK 67003 fibre optic splice enclosure is a pre-assembled unit for secure and organised fibre optic splicing in 19" rack installations. Housed in a black metal case with external dimensions of 483 x 220 x 44 mm, it protects and arranges fibre connections and splice cassettes for building network setups.

Advantages

The enclosure comes fitted with 12 LC Duplex couplers and 24 pre-installed pigtails placed in the splice cassette, which allows fast and reliable splicing without additional preparation. A pull-out front panel provides access to both sides of the couplers while the cover remains in place, simplifying work in rack environments and reducing handling of fibres.

Suitable for

• Rack-mounted fibre distribution and splicing in data centres and server rooms
• Structured cabling installations in office and commercial buildings
• Organising and protecting fibre splices during network expansions and maintenance

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Model / MPN: 67003
• EAN: 4043619670031
• Dimensions (W x D x H): 483 x 220 x 44 mm — 19" rack compatible
• Material / Colour: Metal housing, black
• Interface: 12 x LC Duplex couplers
• Pigtails: 24 pre-installed pigtails in splice cassette

How to use

Install the enclosure in a 19" rack using the appropriate mounting points. Pull out the front panel to access the couplers and the splice cassette. Perform fibre splicing at the cassette where the 24 pigtails are already positioned, then route and secure spare fibres inside the enclosure to prevent stress and bending beyond specified radii. Close the front panel after work is completed to protect the splices.

Recommendations

Handle fibres with care, follow standard fibre safety and ESD procedures, and observe minimum bending radius for the installed pigtails. Use appropriate tools for splicing and secure cable entry points to maintain strain relief and environmental protection.
