Caixa elétrica em aço Rittal 1307.600 largura 510 mm profundidade 210 mm altura 669 mm

The Rittal 1307.600 electrical enclosure is a steel cabinet designed for industrial and outdoor installations where protection against dust and water is required. Constructed from durable steel with an all-round gap-free silicone seal and interior hinges, the enclosure delivers IP66 protection and a hygienic design that includes hygiene-compliant lock inserts. The cabinet measures 510 mm in width, 210 mm in depth and 669 mm in height and features a 30° roof tilt to promote water run-off and reduce debris accumulation.

Advantages

The enclosure combines robust steel construction with an IP66 rating to provide reliable protection against dust ingress and high-pressure water jets. Interior hinges reduce external protrusions, enhancing safety and cleanliness, while the gap-free silicone seal improves sealing performance and simplifies maintenance. A 30° roof tilt helps prevent standing water, and hygiene-compliant lock inserts support use in environments where cleanliness standards are important.

How to use

Mount the enclosure on a suitable flat surface or support structure using appropriate fixings for the installation environment and load. Before installation, verify the required clearances for ventilation and cabling. Open the door using the lock insert, install mounting plates or internal rails as needed, and secure electrical components following applicable wiring and safety standards. Ensure cable entries are sealed with appropriate glands to maintain IP66 protection. After installation, check the silicone seal and door alignment for correct closure.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, install the enclosure with the 30° roof tilt oriented to shed water away from entry points. Use certified cable glands and gland plates to preserve the IP66 rating. In hygiene-sensitive environments, choose compatible lock hardware and follow routine cleaning procedures that do not degrade the silicone seal or protective coatings.
