Caixa elétrica Rittal 1009.000 aço inoxidável IP66 largura 600 mm profundidade 210 mm altura 380 mm

The Rittal 1009.000 stainless steel electrical enclosure provides IP66 protection for housing electrical components in harsh environments. Constructed from robust stainless steel, the cabinet measures 600 mm wide, 210 mm deep and 380 mm high, offering a durable, dust- and water-resistant solution for secure component installation. An integral locator system is built into the enclosure, allowing configuration without drilling.

Advantages

The stainless steel construction ensures corrosion resistance and mechanical strength while the IP66 rating protects against dust ingress and powerful water jets. The integrated locator system enables fast and reliable system configuration without the need for drilling, reducing installation time and preserving the enclosure integrity. Compact external dimensions provide space-efficient installation where a mid-size enclosure is required.

How to use

Mount the enclosure on a suitable surface using recommended mounting hardware, ensuring the mounting location supports the enclosure's weight and intended cable routing. Use the integral locator system to position internal mounting plates or components according to the manufacturer's guidance; this system permits configuration without drilling. Route cables through appropriate gland plates or conduit entries and install electrical components inside, maintaining required clearances and following applicable electrical standards. Close and secure the door to preserve the IP66 rating.

Recommendations

For long-term corrosion resistance, verify the local environmental conditions and perform periodic inspections of seals and fasteners. Ensure cable glands and entries are correctly rated for IP66 to maintain enclosure protection.
