Key specifications

How to use

Prepare the mounting surface and ensure compatibility of fittings and fasteners with stainless steel to avoid galvanic corrosion. Position the enclosure and secure it using appropriate stainless steel screws, brackets or mounting hardware designed for sheet steel and stainless steel enclosures. Install internal components such as control units, terminal blocks or small automation devices on the internal mounting rails or panels, following the component manufacturers' instructions and relevant electrical safety standards. Seal cable entries and interfaces as required for the intended degree of protection.

Recommendations

Use stainless steel fasteners and compatible sealing materials when installing to maintain corrosion resistance. Verify required environmental protection ratings and, if necessary, apply additional gaskets or cable glands to achieve the desired ingress protection. Follow local electrical codes and manufacturer guidance during assembly and wiring.
