Calha para cabos Rittal VX 8618.803, caixa de alumínio, cinzento, largura 1200 mm, pack de 4

Rittal VX 8618.803 cable duct is a 1200 mm wide aluminium housing designed to route and protect electrical and data cables inside enclosures, control cabinets and industrial installations. The grey finish provides corrosion-resistant surface protection while maintaining a neutral appearance suitable for technical environments. Supplied as a pack of four, this cable duct is intended for applications that require robust mechanical protection and orderly cable guidance within racks and cabinets.

Advantages

The aluminium construction offers a favorable strength-to-weight ratio and resists warping or deformation under normal operating conditions. The grey surface is durable and compatible with standard industrial cabinet interiors. With a 1200 mm width, the duct accommodates multiple cable runs and allows for easier cable separation and access during installation and maintenance. Packaged in sets of four, the product supports modular installation across several panels or multiple cabinets.

Key specifications

How to use

Measure and plan cable routes inside the enclosure and position the cable duct to align with mounting points or cutouts. Secure the aluminium duct using compatible fasteners or mounting brackets appropriate for the cabinet material and load requirements. Route cables within the duct ensuring separation of power and signal lines where needed and leaving adequate space for future additions. During maintenance, access cables by removing the duct cover or accessing openings according to the cabinet layout.

Recommendations

Use corrosion-resistant fasteners and compatible insulating grommets when routing cables with sharp edges or when passing through metal partitions. Maintain recommended bending radii for cables and avoid overfilling the duct to ensure reliable signal transmission and safe cable operation.
