How to use

Assign the card to a user profile within the access control system according to system procedures, either for temporary or permanent access. Present the card to a compatible reader at entry points, elevators or controlled doors; the reader will verify the coded credential and permit or deny access based on configured permissions. Store unused cards in a dry, cool place and keep issued cards protected from strong magnetic fields and physical damage to preserve reliable operation.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, integrate the card within the building’s access management software and follow the manufacturer’s reader compatibility guidelines. Label or register cards when issued to visitors to simplify tracking and revoke access promptly when no longer required. Periodically inspect cards for wear and replace any that show significant physical damage.
