Cinta redonda de sintético Yale RSD-02000, capacidade de carga 2000 kg, comprimento 2 m

The Synthetic round sling Yale RSD-02000 is a flexible lifting accessory designed for controlled handling and securing of loads. Constructed from durable synthetic fibre, this round sling provides a rated load capacity of 2000 kg and a working length of 2 m. The continuous tubular design reduces abrasion on lifted items and offers a lightweight alternative to steel slings for vertical, choked or multi-leg hitching when used with cranes, hoists and rigging assemblies.

Advantages

The round sling combines high strength with low weight, simplifying rigging and reducing operator fatigue during installation. Its soft, non-abrasive cover protects delicate or finished surfaces while the elastic core distributes load evenly across the sling body. Corrosion-free synthetic construction eliminates rust risks and lowers maintenance compared with wire rope alternatives. The compact, pliable form facilitates storage and handling in confined spaces.

How to use

Inspect the sling before each use for cuts, abrasion, chemical damage or other defects. Select the correct hitch type for the lift—vertical, choked or basket—and ensure the load is within the 2000 kg rated capacity. Place the sling without twists and position it to avoid sharp edges; use edge protection where required. Attach to certified lifting points or hardware and maintain controlled, steady motion while lifting. After use, clean any contaminants from the sling and store in a dry, shaded area away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Recommendations

Do not exceed the rated load capacity and avoid exposing the sling to temperatures, chemicals or sharp edges that may degrade synthetic fibres. Use appropriate padding or edge protectors for loads with sharp corners and follow local lifting regulations and company procedures for inspection, tag-out and retirement criteria.
