Safetex cinta redonda SX-STEELBlackline com alma de cabo de aço WLL 2.000kg em (SX-STEEL-020-03.00)

For lifting operations where cut and abrasion resistance are non-negotiable, the SAFETEX SX-STEELBlackline round sling integrates a steel cable core inside a tough polyester sleeve. Unlike conventional textile slings, this hybrid design withstands contact with sharp edges and rough surfaces, making it a reliable choice for demanding rigging tasks.

Highlights

• Working Load Limit (WLL): 2,000 kg in straight pull
• Effective length: 3.00 m, endless loop construction
• Steel cable insert for enhanced cut and abrasion resistance
• Black polyester sleeve with high visibility identification
• Safety factor 7:1, compliant with EN 1492-2, CE marked
• Temperature range -40°C to +100°C, good UV resistance

In daily use

The SX-STEELBlackline is engineered for industrial lifting, hoisting, and rigging where loads may have sharp or abrasive edges. The steel insert protects the load-bearing core, extending service life even in harsh environments. The endless loop design allows multiple hitch configurations: straight pull (2,000 kg), choked hitch (1,600 kg), and basket hitch parallel (4,000 kg). The black sleeve is easy to inspect for damage, and the integrated identification tag (with green WLL colour code) ensures quick verification of capacity.
